If you are already active for any length of time, you’ve probably heard of systems. So what is a system, and why you take in your business systems? In this series of articles, I will focus on what are, to give examples and list a number of important things to know when the integration of systems within your company. The first thing to note is that most statistics on the “franchise″ and what I see as “Mom and pop” establishments. I have heard franchise Outlast Mom and Pop businesses twice as often, the statistics indicate that 95% of franchises survive against 5% of mothers and Pop. Regardless of what you believe the statistics in the final analysis is: Franchises Outlast, performance and exceed the most Mom and Pop establishments.
